BROKERAGE

Through our extensive contact-base, Cross Energy is often able to either introduce parties who may not know one another yet who may have common goals, or else to bridge the gap between parties who have either not managed to reconcile their differences, or to recognise and point out where their ambitions actually align. Cross Energy can also intermediate in Gov’t. to Gov’t. deals. By playing the role of middleman we are often able to provide a catalyst that enables progress to be made. In such circumstance we may not appear as a contract party but will act as a broker.

PARTNERSHIPS

Our Trading activity spans the Globe and sometimes provides us with a unique insight to the market. Taking full advantage of this flow of market information, Cross Energy is able to further leverage its position by actively investing in advantageous Energy related Projects. In so far as local rules and regulations permit, we are prepared to promote such opportunities to third parties, who may be willing to co-invest.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In the cases where Cross Energy is the lead investor, we may also become involved in managing a particular project. As this is not seen as being core to our other activities, such project management work is usually undertaken in conjunction with one of our partners who is specialised in this field. It is through such a partnership we are able to offer Project Management to our co-investors.

CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE

Cross Energy benefits from a close relationship with several Construction and Engineering Companies who are leaders in EPC and specialists within Oil and Gas. We work with refiners and gas processors to assist with maintenance, renewal and increasing capacity. This can be financed in exchange for goods. Basically this usually involves independently monetising a crude or product stream to ensure that the contractor’s payments are safeguarded by a third-party’s involvement.
